1. What we collect

1. You give us: name, email, phone (optional), city and state, business or school, nomination and entry answers, photos and links you upload.

2. Payments: handled by Stripe; we receive the payment status and the last four card digits, never the full card number.

3. Automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, and campaign tags (UTM codes), through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.

2. How we use it

To run nominations, entries, judging and prizes; send nomination notices, receipts and entry reminders; publish winners and features as the Official Rules describe; measure and improve our outreach; and meet legal duties.

3. Who we share it with

1. Judges see the entry content they score.

2. SEHG (Synergy Education Holdings Group) receives your name, verified email and benefit status so it can give you your complimentary courses, and course progress comes back to your IGNICON account.

3. Service providers: Stripe (payments), our email provider, hosting, sign-in and analytics providers, under contracts that limit their use of your data.

4. Named sponsors receive winner contact details only to deliver a perk, and only after you accept it.

5. We do not sell personal information.

4. Children

Junior IGNICON is managed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. We send no marketing to minors, share no child data with SEHG, and publish a minor's information only with written parental approval. A parent or guardian may ask us to review or delete their child's information at any time.

5. Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Ask to see, correct or delete your information through the contact form at ignicon.net/contact. We keep entry records for three years after the award cycle for verification and tax purposes, then delete them.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you suspect misuse of your account.
