THE MAGAZINE & AWARDS FOR EVERY INDUSTRY
THE IGNICON AWARDS · ENTRIES CLOSE DECEMBER 31, 2026
IGNICON finds them, tells their stories and honors them — from the 12-year-old with a breakthrough idea to the leader who built an empire.
Winners announced by January 31, 2027
Idea. Ignite. Icon.
Independent recognition
Every IGNICON is decided by an independent judging panel of industry leaders, scoring against published criteria.
Our inaugural panel will be announced ahead of the first winners.
Narrator 1: Some people see a problem. You see a possibility. You build, you lead, and you make things better. Ignicon was created to recognize the work behind that impact, across industries and generations.
Narrator 2: From bold new ideas to lasting leadership, put your achievements before an independent panel, with published criteria. Know someone making a difference? Nominate them. Ready for your own next chapter? Explore the Ignicon Awards, and put your name forward.

A defined process. An independent decision.
Put forward a founder, leader or young innovator whose work merits independent recognition… and share it across social media to widen the votes for your nominee!
Entries are reviewed by an independent panel against published criteria.

How entries are scored
IGNICON judging rubric
Sharing is optional and never affects judging. Celebrate your nominee without changing their score. Social sharing, likes, votes and purchases of courses or other products do not count toward judged scores. People’s Pick is separate honorary recognition and carries no cash prize.
Include the nominee’s name and award category in your post. For Junior entries, only a parent or guardian may choose to share; the child does not need a social-media account. This is separate from written permission for IGNICON to publish a Junior profile or photo.
Winners are announced by January 31, 2027. People’s Pick votes are separate from judging. Photos are illustrative; the people shown are fictional, not IGNICON honorees.
INDEPENDENT PANEL
Every IGNICON is decided by an independent panel of practitioners: founders, executives, educators and tradespeople who have built, led and worked in the industries they judge. Judges are chosen for their experience and standing in their field, not for celebrity.
Each category is scored by panel members with hands-on experience in that field, so your work is read by people who understand what it took.
Every entry is scored out of 100 points against the same published criteria, in every category.
Judges declare any conflict of interest and step aside from entries they know personally. Entry fees, sponsorships, purchases and People's Pick votes never change a score.
Surprise judges to be announced. The inaugural panel will be revealed before judging begins.
People’s Pick
Counts are not shown until the activity feed is available.
People's Pick gives your community a voice. When the Top 5 finalists are announced in mid-January 2027, the public can vote for the finalist they believe in. The finalist with the most votes in each category earns the People's Pick distinction, awarded alongside, and separate from, the panel's winner.
Nominees can place themselves on the People's Pick ballot for free.
Share your ballot link with your network, customers and community.
Voting is free, and votes are never sold. Votes are checked to keep the count fair.
The panel decides each category's winner on merit. The public decides People's Pick. One never affects the other.
Voting opens when the Top 5 finalists are announced. No finalists, leaders or vote counts exist yet.
The Capital Grant
Sponsored by Synergy Education Holdings Group (SEHG). IGNICON and Synergy Education Holdings Group share common ownership.
The IGNICON Capital Grant backs one founder every month with the cash, the skills and the access to take the next step. It is built for ventures that have a clear plan and need momentum, not a lottery ticket.
Founders and early-stage ventures in any industry with a credible plan for growth and a clear use for the funds.
Complete one IGNICON Founder Launch Series course, then submit a short application with your plan and how you will use the grant. The application fee is $15.
The independent panel reviews each application on the strength of the plan, the use of funds and the potential impact. Each month's recipient is announced and featured in The IGNICON Review.
Applications are not open yet. Join the founding list to hear first when the Capital Grant opens.
