Terms of Use
Effective November 6, 2026
1. Agreement
By using ignicon.net or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. The site is operated by Synergy University Education LLC, doing business as Synergy Education Holdings Group (the "Company").
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or legal guardian manages any Junior IGNICON participation. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Sign-in may use email codes or a social sign-in provider.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on the Company's behalf and appear on statements as "SEHG IGNICON." The Company does not store card numbers. Fees, refunds and prizes follow the Official Rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and publish it for the Awards, the magazine and related promotion. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false or infringing content, impersonate anyone, harass others, manipulate votes or judging, scrape the site or interfere with its operation. The Company may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. Courses and partners
Complimentary courses are delivered by SEHG under its own terms at synergyeducation.ai. Sponsor perks are provided by the named sponsor, which is responsible for them.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and law
The Company may update these Terms and will post the effective date. Florida law governs; venue is Palm Beach County, Florida.
